E-COMPLAINT

Public complaints services through the eAduan System will be shut down starting April 21, 2018  However, the public complaints status review service from http://aduan.mpn.gov.my/ until April 20, 2018 can still be made through thesame channels in which the user accountremains as it is.

For report public complaints, proposals and inquiries from April 21, 2018 can be accessed by the ePublic System http://epublic.mpsns.gov.my/
