OBJECTIVE

  • To impose the assessment tax to all holdings of the council’s area as well as managing the properties and valuation records efficiently and effectively.

FUNCTION & ROLE

  • Implementing the Assesment Tax Valuation to all holdings under the Council’s area.
  • Making valuation for Rate Relief Contribution Claim against the Federal and State Government properties.
  • Changing the name and address for Assesment Tax accounts.
  • Processing the Assesment Tax Refund Claim (Remittance) for vacant buildings.
